Terms & Conditions

This website (“Site”) is operated by LuckyPower (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing and/or registering a LuckyPower Account with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms carefully and cease using our Site if you do not agree.

  1. OVERVIEW OF LUCKYPOWER SERVICES

    LuckyPower is a payment gateway platform offering business owners and sellers the tools to create and manage online transactions, integrate with third-party payment methods, and facilitate real-time payouts.

  2. DEFINITIONS

  • “Account Activity” refers to actions taken using LuckyPower Services.

  • “Activation Fee” is a fee deducted for activating/renewing services.

  • “Authorized Users” are verified users recorded in our system.

  • “LuckyPower Account” refers to the registered merchant account.

  • “LuckyPower Credit” refers to monetary value credits used to pay service fees.

  • “LuckyPower Services” include APIs, payment processing, and other tools offered.

  • “Business Day” means standard banking days in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

  1. CONSENT

    Your continued use of LuckyPower Services constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes to these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion.

  2. MEMBERSHIP

    LuckyPower offers three membership tiers:

  • Basic Membership (default)

  • Standard Membership

  • Enterprise Membership

Each tier has different features and fees as listed on our Pricing page. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

    Only registered Malaysian entities and organizations may register. Individual users under 18 are not permitted. You must not register on behalf of a suspended or banned user.

  2. NATURE OF BUSINESS

    You may only use LuckyPower Services for approved business activities. Any change in business nature must be notified and approved in writing.

  3. PAYMENT METHODS

    LuckyPower integrates with various payment options including FPX, e-wallets, credit cards, and more. Availability depends on our financial partners.

  4. CREDIT BALANCE & FEES

    All services must be paid in MYR. Credit Balances consist of:

  • Transaction Pool

  • Prefund Pool

Minimum reload: RM10. Max balance: RM10,000. Credits expire after 365 days of inactivity. Fees include Activation Fee, SMS Fee, Payout Fee, etc.

  1. SETTLEMENT & PAYOUT

    Default daily settlement is next business day (excluding holidays). For non-FPX methods, refer to partner institution’s schedule. Incorrect bank details may delay payouts.

  2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

    Users must not misuse the Site or Services, including engaging in illegal or malicious activity. See our full list of Prohibited and Restricted Items.

  3. MERCHANT OBLIGATIONS

    You are solely responsible for:

  • Information accuracy

  • Customer transactions

  • API key confidentiality

  • Maintaining sufficient credit balances

  1. TERMINATION

    LuckyPower may terminate or suspend accounts with or without cause. Upon termination, all licenses end and unused credit balances may be refunded upon request (excluding promotional credits).

  2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All content on our Site and platform is owned or licensed by LuckyPower. No rights are transferred to you beyond the permitted usage.

  3. CONFIDENTIALITY

    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

  4. PRIVACY

    Use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You consent to data sharing for regulatory and operational purposes.

  5. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    LuckyPower Services are provided “as is”. We make no guarantees of uptime or service continuity. Liability is limited to the Activation Fee paid in the affected month.

  6. INDEMNITY

    You agree to indemnify LuckyPower for any losses or claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Services.

  7. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms shall be governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
